

Sailing: Calm sailing in Parson’s Bay or ocean sailing in Storm Bay.
Fishing: Either from the beach at White beach (one minute’s walk) or by boat from the boat ramp (one minute’s drive). Deep sea fishing charter is available and the Tasman Peninsula holds many world records for tuna and other deep water species.
Surfing: Available at Roaring Beach, ten minutes drive from Storm Bay. Or for the brave, the incredible waves at Shipstern Bluff which is easily accessible from White beach boat ramp or a two hour hike from the Stormlea area.
Golf: Available at the Tasman golf course. A beautiful course that runs along the coast five minutes from Port Arthur.
Bushwalking: Some of the best bushwalking in Tasmania is had on the Tasman Peninsula. Storm Bay is situated on the edge of a National Forest and from the guest house guests can walk to Cape Raol, Cape Hauy and Cape Pillar that have the highest sea cliffs in the Southern hemisphere. The Tasmanian government is implementing a National Parks four day walk from Pirates Bay to White Beach
