Terms and Conditions-
Children over 12 are welcome in the B & B rooms using existing bedding. We do not have foldouts or sofa beds available and king beds can not be separated into twin beds.
Payment Policy-
Storm Bay Bed and Breakfast reserve the right to take a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This is most likely to occur for dates booked during peak periods. Payment for the room is required prior to departure and can be made using Mastercard, Visa Card, American Express card, micro-chipped Eftpos cards, cash or direct deposits.
Cancellation Policy-
Booking cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival will incur NO financial penalty. Any deposits taken will be refunded at this time and will take approximately 3-5 days to be returned to your account.
Bookings cancelled withn 24 hours of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's stay, unless suitable reasons for the short notice to cancel are provided.
Guests that do not show up at all and do not advise of their intentions will be charged the total price of the reservation.
We strongly recommend all guests carry travel insurance.
Early Check In Policy-
Guests may request a check in earlier than the allocated 3pm check in time, ability to do so will depend on availability of the room on the day. Please contact your hosts early to make arrangements if you wish to check in prior to 3pm.
Late Check Out Policy-
Guests may request a later check out than the allocated 10am time, ability to do so will depend on availability of the room on the day. Please contact your hosts early to make arrangements if you wish to check out later than 10am.
